VineArts Guarantee/Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your VineArts order. VineArts has a
simple guarantee and return policy. If you are unhappy with any item, please return
it to VineArts within 45 days of receipt for a full refund of your purchase (not
including shipping and handling charges). (We're very sorry, we cannot accept
returns on consumable items, one-of-a-kinds, custom order, special order or
commissioned art products and international orders.) If you have any questions,

Order Payment
VineArts accepts payment via credit cards from Visa, MasterCard, American
Express and Discover. Your order will be billed at the time of shipment.
Phone Orders
VineArts has made every effort to guarantee the security of your on-line
transaction. However if you are more comfortable ordering direct, we will accept
your credit card order by phone between the hours of 7:00AM to 5:00PM Pacific time
Monday-Friday. Call us toll free at 1 877 390-3299.
Special Orders
Unlike many e-commerce sites, VineArts offers special orders from several of its
participating artisans.
Special order availability will be identified on our product pages. Specific
estimates of product availability and delivery times will be stated for your
convenience. Due to the made-to-order nature of these products, they are generally
not subject to cancellation or refund.
Commission Custom Orders
If you would like to commission a special and unique gift of art, VineArts sponsors
special commission orders by agreement with several of its participating artisans.
These artists and craftspeople are identified on our product pages. We will assist
you in making arrangements with the artist for the creation of that special item.
Again due to the made-to-order nature of these products, they are generally not
subject to cancellation, return for credit or refund.
Sales Tax
Currently, interstate Internet purchases are exempt from sales taxes. However, as a
California-based company we must collect state and local taxes for orders shipped
to destinations within California as required by law. Customers are responsible for
all applicable international sales taxes, such as value-added tax (VAT), if
required as well as customs duties (which will vary significantly by country).
Domestic Gift Orders
For orders placed and shipped within the United States, VineArts will gladly
include a personalized gift card. When placing your order, please add each address
and message in the 'contact us' comments section. Multiple orders require separate
shipping/handling charges for each address. Sorry, this service is not available
for international orders.
Products in Stock and Backorders
We make every effort to keep sufficient quantities of all VineArts products in
stock. However, sometimes we not able to anticipate product demand. From time to
time, products may be out of stock. We do not backorder items out of stock. In
the event that an item you have ordered is out of stock, we will ship the in-stock
balance of your order unless otherwise directed by you (via email or phone) to
cancel the entire order within 48 hours of being notified of out-of-stock
merchandise.
