Shipping
Because many of our items are bulky, we do not offer express shipping. However,
we try to ship all domestic orders via UPS, FedEx Ground or USPS within three business
days. Credit cards will be billed at the time of shipment.
To arrange shipment of orders destined for Alaska or Hawaii, please call us toll
free M-F during regular business hours at 1 877 390-3299.
For international orders (including Canada and Mexico), shipments will be made
only to the address registered on the credit card being used. Your shipment will be sent
by ground when available, FedEx Economy or the best available carrier and billed
directly to your credit card at the time of shipment. An additional handling charge
of up to $20 may be added to your order to cover the cost of proforma invoices and
customs documentation if required. All taxes and duties will be paid C.O.D. by the
ordering party upon arrival in the destination country.

In addition to the basic shipping charges in the table above, some of our
products are considerably larger or heavier than our basic shipping charges will cover. We
try to keep add-on charges to a minimum, but these items cost extra to handle
and/or ship and a shipping premium charge (noted for you at the time you order)
will be added to the total order.
Free Shipping for Patrons of VineArts
A major benefit for Patrons of VineArts is free shipping.
The "basic shipping/handling charges" will be waived for our Patrons of
VineArts members. Any applicable charges for larger or heavier items (as
noted above) will be added to Patrons' orders.
Drop Shipments
Some products, as indicated by the icon '[D]' on our product shopping pages and
on your invoice are drop shipped directly from the manufacturer or suppliers'
warehouse. They will arrive separately. Shipping times will vary. Shipping
charges for drop shipped items have been prearranged by VineArts with the
manufacturer or supplier and you will be billed directly by VineArts for these
shipments.
Lost or Damaged Items
If your product is lost or is damaged in shipment, please e-mail
us immediately at customerservice@vinearts.net,
or call us toll free at 1 877 390-3299 for merchandise return authorization and
instructions.
