Questions
We always encourage your questions regarding things related to
wine accessories, grapes and the wine industry in general. While
we are in the business of selling products and don't purport to
pass ourselves off as the encyclopedic experts on any or all of
these topics, we will do our best get answers to your questions.
Please be patient as sometimes digging up your answer may take
some time.
Our cooking expert, Patti Ballard, has graciously consented to
answer your questions regarding: her recipes; general
cooking-with-wine inquiries; or any wine-related questions.
Your "Ask the Expert" or "'Ask Patti' Cooking with Wine"
questions should be directed to info@vinearts.net. (Sorry, we
cannot answer your questions on these topics by phone.)
Phone Orders
We assure you that we have made every effort to guarantee that the
VineArts web site is quite secure and that any merchandise order
placed in this manner is as safe as anywhere else on the web.
However if for any reason you would prefer to place an order by
phone, VineArts is generally available to receive your phone order
Monday-Friday (holidays excepted) from 7AM-5PM Pacific time. If we
are on the phone helping another customer or are otherwise
unavailable, please leave a message with your name and phone
number and we will return your call as promptly as possible. You

Shipment and Delivery Problems
Should you have a question regarding the delivery of your order or
experience a problem with your shipment, please do not hesitate to

response, we recommend sending us a brief email stating the
problem or question along with your name and the invoice number.

Merchandise Return Authorizations
VineArts fully guarantees your shopping satisfaction. If you are
unhappy with your order or your order is damaged in shipping, we
want you to contact us so that we can resolve the difficulty.
However before VineArts can accept the return of your merchandise,
we need to issue a Merchandise Return Authorization. Please
contact us by email or phone at one of the options below during
regular business hours. Be sure to include your name, the invoice
number and date of your order.
